Temple, Texas native Rhonda Etheridge was born to Kate and Sullivan Stephen. Wife of 34 years to Bruce Etheridge and mother of three children, two boys, and one girl, Rhonda has been an educator for most of her life. Working and volunteering her time to both students and teachers, Rhonda has helped countless people who need mentorship and coaching in their roughest moments. A principal for 15 years, Rhonda has always had a desire to help others grow in their strengths and see them become great individuals. She has always been that voice of encouragement not only for her children as they are high achievers themselves in Political Science, Accounting, and one on track to graduate in Computer Science. Rhonda continues to be a voice to the voiceless as she’s had the opportunity to study at the international level the values and impacts of educational systems and sat on several academic committees. Rhonda continuously demonstrates the capability to develop and create programs and successfully promote both student and teacher alike.
